2020-2021 Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs’ Annual General Meeting
The 2020-2021 Hamilton
Jr. Bulldogs’ Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021,
at 8:00 pm.
The AGM will be held virtually through ZOOM.
This virtual annual general
meeting will address only the essential business necessary under our By-laws
and Regulations and as required under the Ontario Corporations Act. The Annual
General Meeting (AGM) is a meeting that takes place every year. It is
open to the Membership of the Greater Hamilton AAA Hockey Club (Hamilton Jr.
Bulldogs) and all Members are encouraged to attend.
Our Board of Directors will share the Annual Report for the financial year of 2020-21 and present reports from the Board of Directors of this past season and will highlight our ongoing commitment to our Membership. The AGM provides all Members with the opportunity to personally engage with the Board of Directors.
At the AGM, elections of the new Members of the Board of Directors for 2021-22 takes place and amendments to the Constitution can be put forward by the Membership. The Constitution can be located on the HJB Website by clicking on the “Information Tab”.

NOMINATIONS for the 2021-22 HJB Board of Directors
The call for nominations for the HJB Board of Directors is for a 2-year term for all positions listed below:
1) Vice-President of Administration
2) Secretary-Treasurer
3) Tournament Director

8. BOARD OF DIRECTORS
8.1 Composition
a. Eligibility:
i. Shall be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
ii. Shall not be an undischarged bankrupt or of unsound mind.
iii. Shall be a member of the association at the time of his or her election.
iv. Shall remain a member of the association throughout his or her term of office.
v. The President, Vice-President Administration, and Vice-President Hockey Operations must have served as a director for a period of one or more years to be eligible for the position.
