Permission to Skate (PTS) Information

All Players (previous and new) who are planning to attend the Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs Fall Tryouts require a Permission To Skate (PTS) form.

These forms are issued by a Player’s home center minor hockey association (check your home center's website – refer to our previously posted PTS news article for links).  If you are a Player in the Hamilton OMHA Centres of:  Ancaster, Caledonia, Dundas, Flamborough, Glanbrook, Hagersville and, Stoney Creek – you would usually obtain your PTS from the Registrar or President of these Minor Hockey Associations. If you are Player in the Hamilton Alliance Centres – Residents of Wards 1 to 8, you would obtain your PTS from the Hamilton Huskies.

Releasing of Players from Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs’ 2021-22 Fall Tryouts

Good Luck to all Players trying out for the 2021-22 Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs – We look forward to meeting and welcoming you starting September 8, 2021.
