SCTA’s Bantam All Star Combine - Saturday January 12, 2019 at the University of Guelph

The following players represented the Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs Bantam AAA Hockey Team proudly at the SCTA (South Central AAA) Bantam Combine playing on the South All Star Team: (left to right): Matthew Watson – Goaltender; Adrian Rebelo – Forward; Nate Tivey – Defense and  Noah Reinhart – Forward.

The final score of the game was the South 6 and Central 2.   

For many years the SCTA has offered a unique event for the Bantam All Stars from each of the 10 SCTA Centres to experience an OHL type combine traditionally in held in mid-January.

This Bantam Combine includes:

•       On ice testing for the 38 players and 4 goalies

•       In gym testing for all players

•       A full game where the South All Stars plays against the Central All Stars

•       Camaraderie and refreshments where the players can meet and greet each other and learn from advanced hockey professionals

 

This event allows the OHL scouts to see the “Next Ones” as many OHL scouts attend the event.

 

As you can see the SCTA Bantam All Stars had a very, very busy schedule:
