Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs’ 2007 Atom Team HOSTING the OHF Atom AAA Championship this Weekend – Friday, April 13, 2018 to Sunday, April 15, 2018
The Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs’ 2007 Atom Parents and Coaching Staff are
taking care of the last minute details and finalizing the arrangements as the
Host of the 2018 Atom AAA OHF Championship Weekend.
The 21st Annual OHF Atom AAA Championship Weekend serves as the
premier hockey event for 10-year old hockey teams competing at the highest
level in the province of Ontario.
The Hamilton 2008 Atom Jr. Bulldogs will be welcoming the following Atom AAA Teams: Halton Hurricanes from the OMHA, London Jr. Knights from the Alliance, Toronto Jr. Canadiens from the GTHL and the Waterloo Wolves from the Alliance at the banquet on Thursday, April 12th at Liuna Station. The games are being played at Mountain (Dave Andreychuk) Arena beginning with round robin play Friday, April 13th and Saturday, April 14th and concluding with the championship medal games on Sunday, April 15th.
Our 2008 Atom Jr. Bulldogs had a strong 3rd Place finish this season and came out of the SCTA Qualifier as 1 of the 4 Teams advancing to the SCTA OMHA Semi-Finals Series. The Atom Jr. Bulldogs faced off against Niagara North in a 6-Point Semi-Final Series and advanced to the OMHA Championship Weekend by successfully winning this tight series in 5 games. The Atom Team successfully finished off the OMHA Atom AAA Championship weekend winning the Gold Medal by defeating Halton Hurricanes (SCTA League 1st Place Finisher) 2 to 0.
The 2008 Atom Jr. Bulldogs in lieu of charging gate fees will be collecting donations which will be forwarded to the Humboldt Broncos. Come out and cheer on our 2008 Atom Jr. Bulldogs and the other Atom Championship Teams at the 2018 - 21st Atom AAA OHF Championship.
