Jr. Bulldogs 2018-19 Head Coach Announcement Mike Massis – 2006 PEEWEE
Submitted By Dianne Skirving on Saturday, February 17, 2018
Mike Massis played his Minor Hockey in Hamilton and continued on for 3 years to play Junior Hockey for the Hamilton Kilty B’s from 1991 to 1994.  Mike advanced on to play NCAA Collegiate hockey for the  Mercyhurst University Lakers from 1994-1998.

Mike’s coaching philosophy is on skill development and overall team play as he believes that improvement in hockey skills will result in overall better team play.

His goal is to develop the kids for the next level of hockey and in the process enjoy some success and fun along the way.  Mike Massis stresses that more importantly, hockey is a sport for life and that we want these kids to play as much hockey as they can in their lives.  Development and enjoyment of the game will help contribute to each player’s long term participation in the sport.

Chris Gratton will join his Bench Staff this season as an Assistant Coach.  Chris Gratton is a successful HJB Head Coach and brings with him many years of hockey experience and will be an ideal addition to the 2006 Peewee AAA Team.

The Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs are pleased to welcome back Mike Massis as the Head Coach of the 2006 Peewee AAA Team.
