Rick Vandermolen has had a successful coaching career which began in the USA where he has coached both a Midget Tier 1 and a High School Varsity team to State Titles. In Canada, Rick has coached Junior Hockey in British Columbia for both the Richmond Sockeyes and Queens Park Pirates one of which had become Provincial, and Western Champions.
