2005 Jr. Bulldogs PeeWees are off to the 2018 Ontario Winter Games
The Hamilton
Jr. Bulldogs Peewee AAA
Team has qualified to represent the Ontario Minor Hockey Association at the upcoming 2018 Ontario
Winter Games.
This is a wonderful opportunity of a lifetime for our 2005 HJB
PeeWee Team as they will be part of 3,200 participants in 25 sports over a
4-day period running from March 1st to the 4th 2018 in Orillia.
The 2005 HJB PeeWee Team will be participating in the Men’s Hockey Games
Event at the Mnjikaning Arena located
at 6145 Rama Road, Orillia.
The Men’s Hockey event includes representation from the Northern Ontario Hockey Association (NOHA), Hockey Northwestern Ontario (HNO), Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA), Alliance Hockey (AH), Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) and Hockey Eastern Ontario Minor (HEOM).
The Ontario Winter Games was founded in 1970 in Etobicoke and today is Ontario’s largest multi-sport event showcasing amateur sport, including both team and individual sports. Provincial level athletes from ages 12 to 18 qualify through a regional selection process conducted by various Provincial Sport Organizations (PSOs). For many young athletes, the Ontario Winter Games is the high point of their sporting career, while for others the Games are a stepping stone for the Canada Games, Pan Am Games or even the Olympics.
Congratulations and Good Luck to the 2005 Jr. Bulldogs AAA PeeWee Team!
