The Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs Novice team was invited to take part in the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League’s Top Prospects/Future Stars showcase, hosted by the Ancaster Avalanche Jr. B Hockey Club on December 28th 2017.

The group was invited by the Avalanche to take part in a shoot out between the first and second period.  The players were treated to a front row seat for the warm up, National anthem, in dressing room pre-game speech and the first intermission showdown.  The Bulldogs would face off against each other and their own goaltender in a single elimination shoot out/showdown.  There were some great goals scored as well as some great saves made by their goaltender.

Everyone had a great time as they were given an opportunity to watch some great hockey and get together as a group over the Christmas Break.  The Novice Bulldogs would like to take an opportunity to thank the Ancaster Jr B Avalanche for a first class experience and great hospitality.  We would also like to thank all the players and their families who attended the event, that made it a success.

The Novice Bulldogs continue their regular season play Tuesday night as they take on the Oakville Rangers at home.
