
Ryan Risidore to Lead Defensive Development

The Hamilton Junior bulldogs are proud to announce that Ryan Risidore will be in charge of defencemen development for the organization. Ryan is a former professional ice hockey player who grew up playing minor hockey in Hamilton. In his junior years, he played for the Guelph Storm of the OHL for three seasons (1993-1996) and was voted best defenceman and team MVP in the 1995-1996 season. Ryan was drafted by the Hartford Whalers of the NHL in 1994 and played locally for the Hamilton Bulldogs of the AHL for two seasons (1999-2001). His hockey experience includes 350 games played in the AHL and 500 games at the professional level. Ryan continues to be a respected hockey figure for his considerable involvement in hockey development of young athletes through professional instruction.
