Murphy on the Wing with the Erie Otters
Submitted By webadmin on Thu 01 09, 14
Former Hamilton Jr Bulldog Patrick Murphy got his chance to play for the OHL Erie Otters as a right winger despite his defenseman background.

for his first shift alongside super-prospect Connor McDavid. Then
quickly found himself wide open in front of the net. A soft pass through
an opponent's legs from the future first-overall NHL draft pick
followed by a hard, low blocker-wide snipe and the former Westmount
student had his first OHL goal.
Playing the wing? Apparently it's easy.
